Simply, go to the SCC ‘Home Wizard‘ page, load your home template and select ‘YES’ from the dropdown on the left of the Item you wish to exclude marked ‘Excl. from alarm’. Click the ‘Save’ button. Your Thing will no longer trigger the alarm.
